David Eicher is Co-Owner & Vice President. He is a Certified Executive Chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over
twenty-five years experience at some of the finest resorts & clubs in the world. David is always working on new menu ideas and presentations.
David also designed this website and is an avid photographer.
